It will eventually catch up and serve today's market.I'm new, not sure if it's ok to barge in, but I figure interaction with the community is the easiest way to make friends and learn more.

I figured I'd look into it further down the road when I have more capital, but this land is making me research it now.

My rough guess, but if you can rent it for $1,000, I have a feeling you will cash-flow positive.

I feel it driving me crazy until I figure it out.

Refi was closed about 2 weeks after that.Typically, you want to figure about 4 to 5 mos for the whole process2 months for the rehab. 2 to 4 weeks to get it rented. 4 to 8 weeks for the refi.

I've been doing my research trying to figure out what those are, and wanted to open it up for discussion since I'm still new and inexperienced down here.
