I thought it was perfect, with new windows, fresh paint, flooring, and some landscaping it will be great.         

Should I paint the bricks at the same time?

It has taken that long due to being 2.5 hours away and trying to do the work ourselves (big mistake).We spent money on flooring, paint and such.

For example on the last live in flip we did we painted the entire home, installed new flooring, new vanities, new backsplash etc.

Id really like to know color wall paint Dave Charron and Christine Wathne used with there grey and white shakers.I have red brick features inside the house including the fireplace I want to leave alone, I want to use white shaker cabinets in the kitchen w/ a black granite counter, and I feel like I need to use something close to white, like a really light grey...

Then, while you are living in the unit, you will likely have a reduced but maybe not free cost of living there but you will have a nice cash flowing property when you move out.If you start with a property that is in good condition (roof, HVAC, appliances, water heater, paint, flooring, etc) then there is a reasonable chance that you will accumulate funds to handle future expenses by setting aside the two months of rent each year that I discussed earlier. 

I am painting the entire interior and changing the toilets.

I want to know that you understand what needs fixed and what just needs painted over and how do either at a reasonable price.
