Everything I seem to find is very high level about how to raise capital, how to find a deal, how to get your first deal, etc. but I cannot find anything that does a deep dive on real estate investing systems and structuring!

Jerryll Summary: In the end, it's been cool seeing Jerryll grow from very beginner in real estate and online marketing, to a real expert in many facets of online marketing... and one I've found opportunities to learn from as well. 

@Moira Baggett, there is no real answer to this other than: review your operating agreement and potentially talk to an attorney, likely to do the same.Most syndication docs drafted by capable attorneys will effectively state that you are acknowledging these are risky investments and there is a real chance you lose all your money.
