Many people like tile better because it looks better :)Shower inserts are less maintenance, typically cheaper, and install quicker but we live in a generation where "pretty" sometimes wins over functionality.

I would suggest you calculate your costs, both actual and opportunity, for the added time it took you to do this slowly and on the side rather than paying a bit more for it to get done quicker.

Another point, I can usually sell a house quicker than listing it on the MLS, look on there and you'll see the average days on the market for residential sales, often over 90 days to closing, so getting a quicker sale at your agreed price should be important to you Mr Smith.

I've seen plenty of people say "CALLS ONLY, NO TEXTS" in craigslist ads.Texting does give a written copy, and can be quicker if a person gets to the point.

After researching a few notes (and paying for title reports) only to find out the seller was going through Ch13 Bankruptcy and the second mortgage had been wiped out (even though it was still being sold on an exchange) I am worried that my funds will get wiped out quicker than I will be able to find a note worth investing in.Do you have any suggestions on cheaper ways to find out that type of information outside of paying someone else $100+ per report?
