There may be some lending institutions that aren’t planning on selling your mortgage on the secondary market that would not require a seasoning period, but I haven’t found one myself.

Be warned they aren't cheap.

When you have landlords who have a property that they don’t pay any attention to and god forbid, have property managers in place who aren’t doing their job and raising rents to keep up with the market, there’s a simple value-add opportunity.

Landlords are currently not in this category.I think the prospective renter pool may be reduced but it's also likely to occur because those that aren't vaccinated seem to be dying like flies.
