Considering this also happens for some who do use English as their primary language -- I'm not sure this alone would be a red flag for me.I haven't used SmartMove for background checks, but my understanding is that the prospect's email address is required so they can initiate the process.

Always prepare a math analsis and try to lookat the prospective properties or have a clause that allows you the time (about 10 days) to make a detailed inspection of the subject property and possibly back out if you need to without a penalty that will hurt you too much.

The letter is to get a foothold in the multi family market, and I am a commercial real estate agent,basic goal is to have prospects call me, fill out the form or keep me in mind for the future.Im stating that the value of their building can be legitimately be increased, or is this  not a good motivator ?
