Hi Everyone, I'm starting a yellow letter campaign to get properties to promote to buyers.

Several more years went by I was promoted to District Manager I acquired several Rental properties along the way and then Wells Fargo Financial closed it's doors I figured it was time for me to focus more of my energy in real estate to generate wealth for me and my family.

I can read more articles but some of the REI meeting that are available want to promote a book or a cover charge.I need actual direction.

This is harder to do online because you can't interact with the promoter as much.  

I did a few classes and put a hole in my pocket.As a quick run down on the 'seminar':They will spend an hour and half with a rich dad poor dad student promoting how much they've made from this education.

They have advertising behind them to promote their business.

Perhaps you could raise the co op to 3%, lower the price to $399 and hold a mega open house, promoted by door knocking and targeted facebook ads camaign, thus drawing a heavy buzz.
