This should be clearly understood by investors and operators.Another business principle is the one who has the most at risk is entitled to the greatest reward.

It's been a very rewarding journey for me and I hope it will be for you as well.

It would be a BIG purchase, and I know there is no reward without risk: but as a rookie I am not sure to continue with it or let it pass. 

I love it but I don't.I have always been on the reward side of the reward/punishment argument so this makes sense to me.But...Not when it comes to my money.

After reading some blogs and posts on BP's  on what to expect with these cheaper homes, I decided to put these high risk, high reward opportunities on hold until I have more experience and cash reserves to take such a risk.

Seems like the risk/reward ratio is in favor of buying now and that is exactly what I am doing (except for the $40k, I'm staying in the $20s)

Not because I do not trust him or because he does not trust me, it is so we understand our roles and our rewards in the deal.
