It’s not as easy as changing a physical, mailing address… if it’s not negatively affecting, you and nobody is showing up at your place or delivering real mail then consider showing a little grace.

I am still new to this,too but if I stand correct, those buying nationwide are doing so with the guidance of bird dogs who physically go out and take photos, see property, etc.

Well IRS stopped physically processing them and the bank did not want to accept us going to the IRS online to print it up, so we have been waiting since march..

the private placements 'low volatility' is just a delution. if there were a liquid market for limited partnership shares, or even physical houses for that matter, these investments would be just as volatile as the public traded ones lol.
