My fiance and I could live in the master bedroom and rent out the other two rooms. 

I would do a search on here for BRRRR and also lookup BP member @Alexander Felice - He's the master of this strategy.

Hello,Has anyone sent direct mails to landlords for master leasing, if so what have you wrote in the letter?

We hope to achieve $700/room for the two rooms that will be sharing the bathroom, and $900/room for the master bedroom with a separate bathroom.

The same thing happened to the shower in the master bath.

It has two baths, but not a true master bath.
