In my recent research mobile homes are popping up a lot in real estate apps and Facebook market place. Is it smart to invest in mobile homes?

@Antonio Jaime - I buy 1-2 year old Mobile Homes and relocate them to land that I already own. I am usually all into them for between $20-25k (moving, permits, septic, water, etc). I rent two out as furnished Short Term Rentals for $1100-$1200/month. Not a bad return, but mine aren't located in parks.....
