You can edit and personalize the books as much as you like, then print the book at Staples or another similar store.

Could you hold a 2, 3 or 4-plex in an LLC, live in one and still sell the entire building as a personal property sale after 24 months (no cap gains tax)?

Did you do the video course or personal mentoring?  

I would personally use the money for exterior repairs and see what they say/do.
