There is a process to picking the market to work in and buying for both cash flow and appreciation (many people think the midwest or south is only for cash flow - not true). 

I'm curious about people's experience with property management fees for mid-term rentals?  

We actually have a couple dozen great communities built specifically for STR and we have much much more than Disney that people come here for.

It would even shock people without money problems, that's a $5400 a year hit... 

I don't like when people say things like "rents will go up".

I have used flat fee listings in the past.Most people look online for properties before they contact a realtor.

I'm looking for two types of people to talk to (anonymously is fine).
