I'm writing an article about first-time jitters in real estate. I'm looking for two types of people to talk to (anonymously is fine). Feel free to DM me.

1. Any first-time investors that is still looking after more than a year ... or someone who bought but took more than a year.

2. Any first-time investor that bought within two months of first starting to look.

Thanks for any help.
