New windows there are 27 of them, new garage door and new exterior on the garage and of course painting the inside and new appliances. 

On top of that I worked part time painting houses for rich people vacation homes.  

It just needs some wallpaper stripped and a coat of paint (inside).  

The exterior needs paint and some of the eves need to be replaced.  

I don't have a huge budget for the exterior, right now I just have budgeted for painting and windows.  

Such as laying flooring down, painting, molding and trim, covering a framed wall, tile and grout.

Is this recommended to leave it like this (looks like it was recently painted and the walls are in good condition), or should I paint the ceilings to match the wall colors?

My question is do most of you hire someone for drywall, painting, landscaping, replacing floor joice, pouring concret, Windows, doors, flooring?

I bought this house for $7,001 and it's currently rented at $600 per month (after interior paint and replacing the stolen air conditioner)
