It is going to be painful to pay the bill(s), but I think I will be able to recoup my losses and come out of it with a profit, and a lower stress level.

I had an interest in IT network administration and cyber-security, though put it off because it was hard for me. 5 years ago I got into real estate following an interest I had when I was younger, now I am back to learning network admin and cyber-security.

Taking in and out of the LLC and personal names will create administrative, accounting, and tax nightmare. 

It’s obviously also a pain for the basement unit to be the one who needs to deal with repair people... but that’s manageable with expectation management and appropriate rent.

Guessing you don't have the same colour to patch and then just pain the walls with lots of holes and touch up the other holes.

Overall I have been happy BUT I have never tried to take money out(not including dividend payments) and have heard it "can" be a pain but I cannot confirm.Hope this helps!  

The pain of those experiences post-college motivated me to take action though.Also, I thought a job meant financial security.

We hired a company to replace the old boiler, pains an extra 10k to do it right with expedited permits etc.

I'm considering offering my services as an Administrative Assistant to a Real Estate Brokerage or a Property Management Office for free, in order to break into the industry.
