What do you think about 3 furnaces in basement of antique triplex

I have never seen any furnaces installed in this manner. The benefit is that each of the 3 units has its own furnace. The bad news is that they are positioned all in a row in a “closet” in the basement unit. Don’t know if this was even approved. Will do research with building commission & my HVAC folks but I wouldn’t live there or rent to any relatives ... house was built in 1903 and must have had a boiler, the owner did a real nice rehab but made a few serious other mistakes requiring fixing and asking price is way high. Someone said monthly rents total $4275 but that is strictly blue sky (pro forma LOL) as no one has rented there recently... the location is prima and the yard has been well designed. No garage. Some kind of shed in the back, broker didn’t have key to look inside.
