Make a spreadsheet of items required to remodel a POH inside and out (doors, windows, appliances, cabinets, flooring, roofing, siding etc) with the distributor’s name, their part number and item cost.

Now, I would take the other two lots, turn one into a parking lot/outdoor dining area for the restaurant (lets call this lot #4) and keep the other one as the restaurant (lot #3).

Also, if there are any common areas or outdoor areas that use electricity, the solar could be put solely towards that to save the owner money.How long it would take to generate money would be hugely different from state to state.

Mildewcides, fungicides, insect repellants, etc. are fine outside when there is plenty of ventilation (aka being outdoors), but inside is a horrible idea.

People will tell you it's an expensive project that requires taking the cabinets apart and bringing them outdoors to be sprayed, but you don't have to do that.

I would like to say how much I learned and how much I enjoyed the 2 Fortune Builders events that we attended, a 1 day and a 3 day event, very professional, very entertaining, well worth the price of entry into the events, We left the event with more information than we could have imagined, from wholesaling, to property management, and much more...I feel like I received a tremendous value, just in the books, CD's, and DVD's, that we got to bring home, not to mention the education that we received while at the event, Shawn Mac Nicholas, I believe was our Instructor at the 3 day event, Wonderful presentation, Great guy enjoyed his program very much...
