I can't recommend this loan style enough to anyone who qualifies! 

These are condo style properties that operate a concierge desk and an in house management for short term stays.  

A commercial/portfolio/DSCR style loan will lend to your business entity.  

I live with 8 other folks in a "community/collective" style setup.  

Homemade bar and shelves, toss some oriental carpets around, and dig that window down.

Continue with investing and growing your net worth which will ultimately will provide a way better life for your family in the long term,  or increase your life style further trapping you in the rat race. 

Additionally I use Trello but to coordinate with my property manager ala Kanban style.

The purpose of this post is to ask advise on which direction may be more beneficial to me on transitioning my career to be real estate oriented and have a beneficial effect on my ability to be an investor/scale my passive income. 

Pool and solar could just come later but no point in not involving them from the beginning so they can look at your footprint and orientation and start designing something that will work for you.
