Finding HOA's who allow short term rentals?

Hey, 

I am interested in buying a condo for airbnb/short term rentals. how do you navigate on finding a property with an HOA who allows STR? ive looked into atleast 5 condos in Charlotte, NC and every single one prohibits STR.

Any help would be much appreciated!
