I don't think there is an official grading system. 

Is this an official classification? 

Officially the worst summer ever in my 20 years here, with 10 weeks of June Gloom.

It looks like Chicago works the same, I found an article specifically about Chicago tax assessment  from earlier this year where it has direct quotes from the tax and assessment officials saying that they won't raise it if you appeal. 

This is my first official post.

We never met the tenants officially since we were not planning on dealing with them.

In fact, the eviction attorney said that if I didn't pass, it could hurt my eviction case - so this worked out well (because usually they fail you for minor stuff, like tenant taking the batteries out of a smoke alarm).I am working with the handler and officially nothing else is required of me aside from tenant honoring my notice to quit and moving out.

@John Barrows Auctions sound interesting to me, but I feel like I lack the experience to jump right into an auction for my first official flip.

today me and my partner will officially close on our 2nd property as wholesalers.
