I have no time for that anyway lol).During a real estate transaction,a distinction must be made between a real property(consisting of the land,the appurtenant rights and the "fixtures" such as trees,site-built homes and the likes,etc...)and personal property(the seller's car,couch,chandeliers and the likes,etc...)

Hmmmm, Hmmmm, Hmmmm, can't seem to come up with a single instance, but give me the entire weekend and I am sure I will come up with something.Let me think the last time a cop harassed me. 17 car stops WITHOUT A SINGLE CITATION, ie, your tail light is dim, you tags expire NEXT MONTH, you were going 7 MPH over the speed limit (72 in a 65 zone on a lonely highway with no traffic passing us the entire time we were stopped),etc...Overall, cops have an attitude that just rubs me the wrong way.

This is like going into a pileup caused by a taco bell semi truck and while cars are still piling up, announcing a limit on payouts taco bell will be forced to pay out.

If they want to walk down the street off my property or smoke in their car, I'll likely accept them.I'm guessing they won't be interested since they have to walk off my property line each time.
