Hello Everyone,Me and couple of my friends want to start investing in rental properties out of state.Based on numerous posts I have seen it is best to go with LLC with a holding company in a state like WY and Individual LLC for each property where it is located.My specific question is around how do we structure it when not all the partners are involved in every deal.

Rather look at ALL houses and deals and put on different lenses to see how it looks using different ideas.You may look at one house and see there isn't really enough margin for a flip or wholesale, but it is a newer house in a fast growing urban area and will be way more valuable in 5 years so you buy it as a rental today.
