Look up a flick titled, "The Inside Job" and watch the banksters squirm as they admit - on camera - to causing the crash.So, there's the demand and the supply, at a glance.Now, consider that the lending market today is pretty tough compared to even before the build up to the crash.Demand is driving home prices higher. the only thing keeping them from launching into inter-stellar space is the dearth of lending.Now add student debt into the mix and it's a small miracle that ANY new graduates are getting home loans at all.

Its reporting features are adequate (and under improvement with the new drill-down capability they say they'll be launching soon), and if I were to be able to sync into QuickBooks, that would just add one more step and result in additional time-consumption.

Originally I wanted to "drive for dollars" to get my first few deals but I've found that this doesn't seem like a very efficient use of time (I've found 1 possible lead in about 3 hours of D&D).Other than mailer costs what other kinds of costs am I looking at to launch the business the right way.
