So what do you recommend me to do here since I have 2 choice. 1st choice is to open a escrow with my relinquished property name which is a single member LLC and ask the escrow to close under my other single member LLC which has a different tax ID.2nd choice is close under my relinquished property name which is single member LLC, after closing change the title to my other single member LLC which has a different tax ID.
