I am looking for any effective apps which will organize and facility my note pricing work effectively and allow me to document in detail those notes which look promising. the Data Tree app looks very expensive.

We still see listings posted every day from licensed PM's with things that were made illegal earlier in the year (last mo's rent required, $30 app fees, double deposit for pets, etc., all are illegal in NY). 

On the meetup app/meetup.com or any other good places where you can find one?

I was using pricelabs but they came out with their own rate automation add-on app so I've been using that instead...way cheaper, way easier.I would say give it a try, maybe just make a trial account and mess around with it to see if you like it before cancelling the other.

@Justin Phillip I hate zillow apps and credit check, I use Erentpayment.com for apps, check, collecting rent.I only take if they have a bank account with 3x balance today.

Not to mention the app has no marketplace!!!

When you stopped counting how many deals you've done...or you don't know how many apartment units you have in your portfolio unless you check your PM app...
