If the pressures me to do the final inspection, I'll say that "I can't do it right now because I need to pick up my kids, plus I want my wife to do it with me since she has better eyes."

Thanks, we are considering moving *before* 2 years for one major reason: possibly getting our kid enrolled in a dual-immersion program at a specific school district when he first enters Kindergarten (which would be next year 2020).Anyway, the appreciation on the current place actually wouldn't be all that significant relatively speaking.

They just look low income. 2)  Second couple is both self-employed and make total about 80,000k  and they look middle class and have a kid that is  four years old and few kids that are older.

One upside is that you can always find a tenant with a six figure salary and a credit score above 750 (I'm not kidding).
