I currently own three properties (VA, NM, and MS) that are all annual rentals (I'm in the military and purchase wherever I go).I'm trying to figure out if it would be better to hold as a seasonal rental or annual rental.

Obviously I'm assuming your location implies you are military and thus qualified to use navy federal.Also, you may have a large tax hit if you do a strategic default.

Most states and just about all counties & cities feature their own incentives that are generally tiered to assorted tax consequences---essentially obviating, or appreciably reducing the impacts of whatever debt's used to purchase and operate real estate benefiting particular demographic occupancies. a few of the lead affinity groups are disabled, elderly, economically disadvantaged, ethnic minority women and home based enterprise operator/owners---along with honorably discharged military veterans. other private charities sponsor trillions of dollars in incentives for parallel use & occupancies. interacting with their funding channels can be tremendously enriching.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give 2 tips to my military veterans on what could help then get a head start in the RE world.

I'm trying to buy a home or two at each duty station until I leave the Military, I also am having a DTI problem.

I'm leaning toward share-cropping hops (as the landowner side) and working with recently discharge military vets who are transitioning back into civilian life within a structured healing program.

I say this because I am a military pilot with a year away from retiring. 

Obviously, being in the military I don't make that much money- which brings me to my first problem...

We are transitioning out of the military within the next 4 months and want to purchase a primary residence with a VA loan.We thought we did or due diligence and we jumped in with emotion instead of numbers and knowledge.
