Are you willing to manage remotely if the property is 1000 miles away?  

The distance from the house (150 miles) makes it another rough factor but I have some friends in the area. 

If you take the time to learn all of that, and then apply it to your goals, interests and skill sets, you'll be MILES ahead of most.

You actually don’t want them to float otherwise mine would have been 100 miles down river.  

Keep in mind the amount of 1 and 2 bedrooms is nowhere greater then within a mile radius of 75th and Yates. 

All of the 4 bedrooms are 2 miles away from my target area.

It ultimately depends on your lender to an extent, but things like upgrading to a larger home, moving more thn 50 miles for work, refinancing to conventional loan, etc.

Zillow is feeding you a red herring to cover for the fact that their website is more dysfunction and gross errors than it is useful.I have two properties that are about one mile away from each other.

Having lived in the same area about a mile south from that property, I remember there being quite a few Section 8 houses crossing north over E Baltimore Street.
