There are quite a few groups that meet regularly all over the Bay Area (I'm pretty sure there is a popular one in the south bay), and many are focused on investing out of state.

I was at a fair housing meeting the other day and an attorney explained that landlords can ask for a letter from the tenant's doctor that supports the use of the animal.

I appreciate all the information that BiggerPockets has given and we went to a local meet up and am now thinking of starting my own!

Even if they did, I wouldn't do anything about it because I've already given them the form and the pamphlet, which meets my obligation.

I have read that that's not a good approach, though, and apparently would not meet code.Do you see any reasonable way to approach this?
