A decent chunk of these workers should be renters and that should increase demand for rentals/possibly drive up rent.

Once you start placing companies in your home they will start using you when they have a demand.

We know the area well with the location being very close to KU Medical Center and Westport Entertainment District.

I know those for decent buildings at in-demand locations are unicorns.
