My uncle is thinking about selling it to cover her medical costs but my brother and I want to keep it in the family since that is where we grew up and we would like our kids to enjoy that house too.

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY but I think the point was that, after a tenant has been there for 5 years, they are protected if they can cite medical conditions like anxiety (in addition to being over 65, or handicapped).

The bill still gets sent to the rental in my LLC's name but says "attention tenant" (or something like that).
