Keep this in mind, "it's not how much something costs that matters, as long as that cost is covered entirely in the cash flow.

Even that won't matter on this post  but it will lead to folliw questions during the interview.However, fix and flip income is generally ordinary income; and when you buy and hold depending on how long you held it for the income is generally capital gains.Much success.Bob

Although they earn a lot of business from these large companies, they don't always get paid in the most timely matter, so do them a favor and pay them quickly.

Any advice is super helpful it doesn't matter what you're specialty is, I'd just like the chance to learn. 

Now, I say that with the caveat that we are in a high demand area where pretty much everything sells out no matter what.   

Other matters include: payment of property taxes, preparation of the lease agreement and defusing of disputes among others.

The issue of not making excuses is such a big one, no matter what good or bad cards we’ve been dealt.
