There is no clause in your lease about maintaining the premises?

Most of my homes are maintained by the Tenants for "ordinary" landscaping and then I hire someone to do work that requires special skills or tools (e.g. pruning a tree).

You just want to be renting the spaces out, not maintaining the crusty old trailers.
