I'm mainly curious to get involved with multi-family properties (ideally one that I could live in) and need some advice on jumping in.

All 4 major sports, highest per capita Off Broadway plays/theaters in the nation.But I don't want to plug my own city.

I mainly want it to make investing easier (having access to MLS, not having to wait on agents to view properties, etc..) but I am also interested in actually representing sellers and buyers as well.

now it could just need water added to the system.... or the main pump and or motor could be shot...

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

I mainly want to pick a market that has good returns on direct mail.
