Picking a NEW Market to Wholesale in. What to Look for???
Hey guys/gals,
I am looking for a new market to drop a wholesaling business in. I mainly want to pick a market that has good returns on direct mail. I am in Atlanta currently, and over all, it is the worst preforming market in the US. Does anyone have any insight as to what to look for when picking a new market to invest in via the Wholesaling strategy? No war zones, median price point around 100-200K, avg wholesale 10-15K.
Thanks!
