So, if you felt that was the price range and chose to come in on the lower end of that I would stick with that and enjoy what will hopefully be a LONG LONG tenant stay.

I found a condo I like that already is an established STR.

I have one of these units that I just purchased last year. 

If it's been a long-term tenant, we plan to have them repaint. 

Also, an amortization schedule is usually a good tool to have to show the amounts based on how long you have been in the loan.  

Consider long-term goals and exit strategies.
