I'm discovering that once you purchase multiple homes, even if you have great cash flow, since you can only count 75% of your income and can borrow no more than 45% (DTI) then it makes it really difficult to stay in those parameters.

I do understand there are exceptions to every scenario, but in those cases, they (tenants) could've gone to DSS and applied for help like they used to have to and DSS would've made the check out to the LL.
