They will then notify you, you will make payment, then the process begins.The Tax Collector will then:Pay those other outstanding certificate holders their face value and accrued interest; and, order from the approved title company an Owners and Encumbrance Report; and, surrender to the Registry of the Clerk of Circuit Courts or Comptroller those statutory costs associated with the auction; and, order from the approved vendor an advertisement to run for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county; and, remit for recording to the County Clerk's office the statement of service and party accuracy, once the title report has been examined; and, send out letters of public notification to all parties named on the O&E report; and, examine documentation found in the Property Appraisers records to verify legal descriptions, plat maps, etc etc. 

When I bought my first house (almost 20 years ago), all we did was a letter from my father in law saying we didn't have to pay the money back.

I send out a thank you letter with a gift card to the TENANTS WHO HAVE BEEN THERE A MIN.

You would then give your landlord the means to start eviction..and he would win.Write a letter to your current landlord stating the repairs needed and include all dates you have spoken to him verbally regarding this.

The only thing I can think of now is to send a letter to the property owner offering cash for the property. 

BTW, I was threatened with a tortious interference suit.....a group of scammers got hundreds of upside down south Florida owners to QCD their titles over to them, claiming they could void their mtg.s thru a QT action, misrepresenting the statutes involving mtg.s registered with MERS, of which I sent out about a hundred letters to the homeowners letting them know of the fraud.....I of course responded back to the scammers with an FU letter.  

The tenant sent a letter today accusing me of trespassing on the property for not asking permission to enter.
