They ended up dropping me becasue they claimed it was non owner occupied based off a conversation i had with insurance adjuster. mixed up my words , claimed the ysent notice out of decesion.

Problem is our state in recent years went insane with the market to skyrocketing prices, it topped out and is now dropping between interest rates and unaffordable housing it’s getting harder for people to sell. 

For example with a 0% floor even if the SP500 drops 500% this year your cash value will have a 0% movement.

No real estate agent wants that and it should motivate them to work with you to resolve the issue and get the complaint dropped.

In all seriousness though, I do think you can get something decent at 250 but anything 230 and below, thats when things REALLY drop off in terms of quality.

I think rates have dropped a little since.

Now that competition has heated up, it seems the quality is dropping and prices are rising.

Yes, that was what I was finding - hadn't found anything where the price made sense and thought the market might drop off in 6 months or so.
