Generally parts of 32206, 08, 09, 19 and 54 have larger inventories of cheaper properties but I do not recommend for out of area investors...local self managers are doing ok.Just my 2 cents.

If you make a larger improvement or repair, keep the receipts and get the 1099 if necessary.

I thought it would come naturally from a decline in rates and a lack of competitive advantage among the larger lenders, but it’s clear the pandemic, and what’s likely to be a global recession, is now the driver.There are already a handful threads here from lenders asking how they can foreclose on the seconds they made.

The 8 week period will almost always be smaller, because of course it would, and the borrower would be left eight a larger loan on a shorter term than the EIDL.Obvious benefits are no personal guarantee (technically if you use proceeds the wrong way there is recourse) and no collateral.But again, I must stress, for the purpose of this forum, I am 99% sure the PPP loan is NOT eligible for rental properties.

Actually Paul the state is the one with the energy building codes, in particular CA Title 24 2019 standards that just went into effect January 1.
