Hey all, new to BP, REI, and Jax. I'm looking to get into the 09, 08, & 54 zips. Took a try at the tax deed auction today but no success. Any info on good deals and need to knows would be great.

Hi Carolyn, was just sending you a pm.  Well since i'm new and capital isnt that high, I figured it would be a safer start for lower acquisition prices. Any insight as to where to get lower price properties or other areas that are better to target?
