Property Managers should be making your life easier not giving you this much stress.Years ago on my very first rental I chose a well known PM company and for 3 months the only thing they did was argue with me to lower the price over and over again and make excuses as to why my house (which was a mile from a popular lake and less than 10 years old and on a very quiet and beautiful walking trail) was taking so long to rent.

Hi all,I'm hoping to purchase a duplex in the Salt Lake Valley in the next 12 months.

I have lived all over the world but my favorite as a adult was :  My Victorian Hobby farm in NY along the shores of Lake Onterio, for 14 yrs I lived happily where i raised one obnoxious precious teenage girl who is no longer with us and 3 horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks, dogs and cats. 

We spent 2 days looking at properties in the Sandpoint, Idaho area around Lake Pend Oreille (pronounced "Ponderay").

I have a STR in Northstar ski resort Lake Tahoe if that gives anyone context.
