Even if the QI gives you the green light to tie u up the property with a management contract, I'd personally consider otherwise in light of the impact it may have on the speed of sale or value of sale.

U simply need to get your title insurance policy hard copy should have been mailed to you a few weeks post closing.. open it up and read it.. there will be clear instructions on who and how to file a claim..
