Are new jobs coming to an area?

I used the knowledge I had from a 6 month residential construction job I had in my late 20's and completely remodeled the entire house while living there with my family. 

You'll be amazed at the differences in price that you can be charged for the same job.

I searched my local market for available properties and was astonished by the # of listings.

With the influx of tech jobs, people, and money it's a strong equity market.

That is what I would recommend in terms of scaling and not going back to “corporate” job.

It's important you review the contract and ask questions to get a clear understanding.Remember: cheaper doesn't mean you'll make more money.Start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.

So far she's great, getting a new job, very on point with the communication and she also has government support that guarantees to pay her rent for 6 months, the payment is well enough to cover her rent.  

BP has done a nice job of collecting some real lenders and every state has real lenders you can google them.

You would be buying yourself a job rather than investing in an asset.
