Well, to cut the story short, I found a beautiful 3/2 that's been being used as a rental.

So long story short, I am hoping to cut out one more person, get a better introduction to the industry and potentially broaden my network by being more technically competent in the industry. 

Given the massive price increase an my area (Naples, FL) and the restrictive HOA when it comes to rentals (not more than 6 months, has to be re-approved every 6 months, no animals allowed for renters and more) I decided to sell the condo.Long story short, it has Polybutylene Pipes.

If it's a FSBO, that's a different story.

Long story short, if you are hesitant to purchase your first investment property by doing a-z your self for the first time, give RTR or other reputable Turnkey providers a chance.

Would love feedback of successful stories.

(the key words being "older" and "brick"  --I've found insurers who will do it for newer non-brick homes, but not for old brick houses).Second, does anyone have any stories, recommendations or feedback about preventative earthquake reinforcement of older homes?
