I simply introduce them to the attorney, which he can get them qualified and registered for the auctions. 

I'm in a similar situation to you, I just got started maybe 4 or 5 months ago after a friend introduced me to the BP podcast.

hey guys my name is Danielle just wanted to introduce my self.. started with the program flip2freedom by sean terry (great program by the way) i do wholesale for now and maybe later add more topics.finished couple weeks ago and no marketing and putting myself out there already sent out a bunch of postcards and got my first deal today also i  open a page on facebook a website and doing everything i can to learn more and get as many deals and buyers as i can..would love to get an advice from anyone whos willing to give it also if theres people that like working with partners on their deal i would love to as long as i learn from you guys..have a nice weekend and lets get some deals close!!!!
