It looks like a real great domain name and maybe he generates many leads, but I don't see how someone can pay $200-300 per lead without knowing any information about your lead generator.

I actually just read an article to inform myself and it seems that banks use more than 1 method to determine the value of a property such as this one.1) They compare to other similar buildings2) They calculate how much it would cost to build an identical building3) They use the revenus and expenses (this method gives the lowest result)Perhaps my real estate agent was considering some of the other methods and took into account it's amazing location and the actual municipal valuation.

A few action steps you can take immediately:1)  EDUCATION & CONNECT: Believe me, you haven't watched enough videos and books, BUT without any CONTEXT (which only comes from real-world experience) most of the information/knowledge you're consuming is LOST on you and the seeming immensity of it all is potentially weighing you down preventing you from taking any action at all.Mistakes are inevitable.
