You can call the bluff on fake orders... although you are right they happen often.You can independently verify by calling the primary directory for the installation and requesting contact information for the Public Affairs Officer of your tenant’s unit.

Make yourself step up to the ledge boldly and with practice it will get easier and easier and you will get more and more confident.Only we can hold ourselves back.Seems you are in a great position to get far so my advice is stop holding yourself back, else you will look back 10 years from now and you still have not made the leap, while the rest of us will have moved onto financial independence, years out of the rat race.PS.Get the book, at $20, it is definitely worth it. :)
