I apologize for arguing, this is not something I would typically even bother to respond to, but I am in such disbelief that you think this way and I hope that everyone who has property is a little more open-minded than you, though it seems unlikely as many individuals in this thread seem to have the same ideas.

Don't worry about, just apologize if you get any angry calls and be sure to tell them you are an agent and give them a consumer notice (if u have that in your state) before getting into details.Put the required disclosures on the next mailing and move on.

I never take it for granted that I will go onto the property without permission.You must view these houses as the tenants homes.Personally, I'd offer the tenant an apology on this one.
